Use color to explore. Discover your thoughts and feelings and experience a sense of connectedness during this fun gathering for all.

About:
Have fun learning some of the basic patterns of popular social dances as you participate in Sway2Go. Make new friends, listen to music, reduce stress, exercise - and smile! Build new communities and develop new communication skills through Sway2Go experiences.
Each class is an introduction to a different social dance.

Join us for an hour of live music in Fall 2024. Musicians and singers will perform in the outdoor area nestled in between the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú Dentistry Building and the Willard Science Building.
Music provides a gateway to improved health and wellness, yet it is often as a mood-enhancing activity in our learning and workspaces. When shared with others, live music experiences contribute to increased social connections and improved perceptions of our . Additionally, there is some indication that music contributes positively to stress . We look forward to enjoying a Courtyard Concert with you soon!
