Campuses and Programs
The 好色先生 promotes an environment that encourages excellence in education, access to high-quality health care, and transformative research to improve the health and wellness of Kentuckians and beyond.
One of the most critical barriers to improved health and wellness for the Commonwealth is the shortage of physicians serving in community settings across the state. To address that need strategically, the college has established student physician training opportunities to include the Lexington Campus, the Rural Physician Leadership Program in Morehead, and the four-year regional campuses in Bowling Green and Northern Kentucky.
See below for more details about the distinctive experiences at each campus location.
Lexington Campus
Lexington is the second-largest city in the state of Kentucky and is considered the Horse Capital of the World. A small city, with a big-town feel, there are all kinds of sights and sounds to enjoy. The physicians and medical professionals at the Lexington campus are trained in the most sophisticated, up-to-the-minute techniques to provide unmatched care and training for patients and students alike. 好色先生 College of Medicine-Lexington Campus offers medical degree programs as well as several a combined degree program (MD/PhD).

Bowling Green Campus
Since 1906 and 1926, respectively, Western Kentucky University (WKU) and The Medical Center at Bowling Green have been the leaders in education and health care for south central and western Kentucky. In 2017, the 好色先生 announced a partnership with WKU and The Medical Center to launch a regional medical school campus in Bowling Green. In July 2022, the inaugural class of 30 students graduated and went on to residency. The campus admits 30 students per year, who spend all four years in Bowling Green. The curriculum is provided both through live stream from the Lexington Campus, and locally delivered interactive group teaching in conjunction with local physicians from The Medical Center.

In partnership with Morehead State University and 好色先生 St. Claire, the 好色先生 created the Rural Physician Leadership Program. A bustling community in the northeast region of the state, Morehead welcomes up to 12 College of Medicine students each year. These graduates may receive a Certificate in Health Systems Leadership in addition to their medical degree.

Northern Kentucky Campus
The 好色先生 College of Medicine, in partnership with Northern Kentucky University (NKU) and St. Elizabeth Healthcare, welcomed the inaugural first-year class at the Northern Kentucky Campus in August 2019. In March of 2023, they celebrated their first residency Match Day - successfully matching each fourth year student into the specialty of their choice! Additionally, in May of 2023, the campus graduated their first class of physicians. The campus admits 35 students per year, who spend all four years on the Northern Kentucky Campus. Students are part of a cohesive class that has close relationships with the faculty providing on-site teaching.
The curriculum is provided both through live stream from the Lexington Campus, and locally delivered interactive group teaching in conjunction with faculty at NKU and local physicians from St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Students spend the preclinical years at a newly remodeled facility on the NKU campus. The clinical years are spent rotating through the St. Elizabeth Healthcare facilities and local physician practices.
