• • Access mental health clinicians through Talkspace, a secure online text and video chat platform. Free for all ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú students, including unlimited messaging and two sessions per month.
• • Meditation and sleep app that may help with stress and anxiety
• • Available free for all clinicians with NPI numbers.

• ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú HR - REST Program 
  • ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú HealthCare Psychiatry developed a program called REST – Reaching out to Employees with Stress reduction and behavioral health Treatment. REST provides ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú HealthCare faculty and staff a range of stress reduction, coping skills and behavioral resources. Call 859-323-6201 for more.
