UPDATE
The College of Medicine Proposal Submission Deadline Policy has been updated, effective January 1, 2023.
The College of Medicine will use a new and improved version of the Proposal Initiation Form starting on Monday, January 29, 2024. The new form will be available to COM investigators as part of our College鈥檚 integration into the Healthcare-related Hub 2 of the new campus-wide Collaborative Grant Services (CGS) office. Click to access the new form.
You will log-in with your linkblue ID. The form can be completed by the investigator or a member of their team or unit. In the 鈥淐ontacts鈥 section of the form, COM investigators are asked to add the email addresses of their Department Chair/Center Director and Department Administrator. This will ensure that they will be copied on the new form鈥檚 automated confirmation email. This is an easy way to alert them (or anyone else, such as a co-I) to your upcoming proposal.
