Whether your unit initiates its own subawards using the , or you work with your to do so, OSPA has provided a to assist in ensuring that complete information is submitted via this system.  Improvements to the on-line request form and the system itself are coming soon, which will provide more explanation details on the form, additional links for required attachment uploading, and the ability to request amendments through this system, which should expedite processing.  The COM SRAS staff, both , are meeting regularly with the subcontract administrators in OSPA to continue to explore opportunities to support improvements to the process for establishing subawards.
