Annual Financial Disclosure Mandatory for All COM Faculty

All faculty in the College of Medicine (physicians and basic scientists) are required to participate in financial conflict of interest disclosures. Currently, faculty may be asked to fill out 2 separate and distinct disclosures:

��ɫ��Healthcare – Mandatory for all full time faculty in the College of Medicine. Sent by email with the subject line “��ɫ�� HealthCare Annual Conflict of Interest Reporting”
Extramural Funding – Mandatory for all College of Medicine faculty receiving extramural funding. Sent by email with the subject line “Action Required – Annual Financial Disclosure Due in March”

If you receive a disclosure email, you must complete the disclosure at the link within that email by the deadline.
