The University of Kentucky's employee giving campaign to support United Way of the Bluegrass Oct. 14 with a University-wide goal of $214,000! Throughout October, our College of Medicine community was able to raise $12,367 toward that goal.
Those contributions will soon be put to work by United Way agencies throughout the Commonwealth. College of Medicine employees showed their support by making donations, competing in university-wide contests, and supporting our college-wide basket auction.
Thank you to the following for donating baskets for the auction this year: College of Medicine Office of Research, Office of Strategic Communications, 好色先生 Center of Excellence in Rural Health, and the departments of pathology, toxicology and cancer biology, and microbiology, immunology, and molecular genetics.
