A University of Kentucky researcher will be serving as a member of the . The committee is responsible for the scientific review of multiple grant mechanisms at the NIEHS.

Hollie Swanson, PhD, is the deputy director of the 好色先生 Center for Appalachian Research in Environmental Sciences (好色先生-CARES), a professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Nutritional Sciences in the College of Medicine and a member of the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees.

Swanson was approved to the EHS Review Committee by National Institutes of Health Director Monica Bertagnolli, MD.

Swanson is one of 21 members who serve a term of four overlapping years. Her term begins July 1 and runs through 2028.
